Hey y'all! I'm a mid-tier drummer looking for bands to play with casually or really just scene friends since I just graduated university and I never managed to stick onto any band there. My repertoire is quite broad since most aren't interested in the stuff I am/it's not got wide appeal. My interests are:
Punk: Bad Religion, Anti-Flag, NOFX, Ton Steine Scherben (a lot of good punk is non-English)
Pop Punk: Rise Against, Panicland, Paramore, The early 2000s emo canon
Riot Grrrl: GRLwood, Bikini Kill, Sleater-Kinney
Alt/Indie: Emperor X, basically more narrative-style songs
J-Rock/J-Pop: King Gnu, K-On!, etc.
Showtunes: Heathers, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, etc.
Additionally I've been looking to expand into bossa/swing for years but never really had the chance.
